Pets - How To Get & Unlock
Upgrade House To Log House & Better
To unlock pets, upgrade your house to Log House or better. Then, you can start purchasing pets at the Animal Store (Pet Shop) in town. The amount of pets you can keep will be based on the upgrade of your house.

Increase Friendship With Your Pets!
You can increase your pet's affinity by doing 4 activities with your pets, once a day. When walking your pet, you'll need to walk it for at least an hour to take affect.
Things to Do With Your Pets
 | 【Pet】 Get near your pet and press A to pet them |
 | 【Give Treats】 Give treats to your pets by selecting the treats and then giving to your pet by pressing Y. Buy treats from the general Store |
 | 【Walk】 Choose leash and approach your pet to walk it. To end walking, approach pet with leash again |
 | 【Play With Toys】 While walking your pet, go to a open ground. You can then throw toys with Y button. Buy toys from the general Store |
High Friendship Helps With Pet Race
Your friendship with a pet will determine its performance in Pet Races. The higher the friendship, the better the pet performs, so have a good friendship with your pet before sending them out on a Pet race.
Mount Pets - How To Get & Keep
Fix Broken Stable In Area 3 First
To get mounted pets you can ride as transportation, you will need to fix Broken Stable in area 3 first.

Tame Wild Horses Once Repaired
Once you fixed the broken stable, you can then start taming nearby wild horses. To tame horses, get near one and interact with it.
Buy Horses From Animal Shop Once Tamed
Once you tamed a horse, you can now purchase 4 types of horses from the animal shop. They will cost a hefty amount so save up if you want to purchase one.
Unlock Unique Pets & Mounts At Shrine
By completing events at town & at the Shrine, you'll unlock special pet & mount at the Animal Shop. These unique animals include Wolf, Unicorn? and more!
