Take advantage of the quicker farming rate for metal. It's the building material with the highest health, making it more durable against Heavy Weapon fire.
Keep an Eye on the Storm
With how quickly the Storm will close in, you'll be hard pressed to continuously move or risk getting caught in it. Don't stay too long in one area to escape it.
