90 Damage with 3 Energy is Powerful

  2. Image of Cinccino Deck Build & Rotation

Cinccino's move has some conditions, but 90 damage with 3 energy is powerful. Most Pokemon can be Knocked Out within 2 attacks.

Expandable Deck

  1. Hypno
  2. Greninja
  3. Jolteon

Cinccino's move can be used with any energy type, so it can be used in a multi-type deck. When the player doesn't have enough cards to build a proper deck, a multi-type deck can be built using Cinccino.

Cinccino is Not Durable

Cinccino's HP is 90 which is low compared to other evolved Pokemon. It has a hard match-up against POkemon which can deal 90 or more damage from early game such as Pikachu ex and Starmie ex.

Cinccino Deck Strategy

  1. Attack while training Minccino
  2. Effective Pokemon on the Bench for support
  3. Retreat the Pokemon in the Active Spot as much as possible
Attack while training Minccino
  1. Farfetch
  2. Minccino

In the early game, use Pokemon like Farfetch'd, which can attack with just 1 Energy, to chip away at the opponent's HP. While doing so, place Minccino on the Bench and attach Energy to it.

Effective Pokemon on the Bench for support
  1. Hypno
  2. Greninja

Due to Cinccino’s attack properties, it’s necessary to have multiple Pokemon on the Bench. It's particularly effective to have Pokemon that can support from the Bench with abilities. Having Pokemon that can use abilities from the Bench as Supporters is very powerful.

Retreat the Pokemon in the Active Spot as much as possible

When setting up your Bench, try to retreat the Pokemon in the Active Spot back to the Bench to boost Cinccino's damage. The key point is how to send Cinccino to the Active Spot without having any of your Pokemon Knocked Out.
