Rapidash Deck (Starter) Strategy

  1. Start with a Pokemon that Attacks with 1 Energy
  2. Evolve Your Pokemon
  3. Battle with Evolved Pokemon
Start with a Pokemon that Attacks with 1 Energy
  1. Farfetch
  2. Heatmor

Choose a Pokemon with a 1 Energy attack, like Farfetch'd or Heatmor, to place in the Active Spot. If you can evolve quickly, consider Ponyta or Rattata as well.

Evolve Your Pokemon
  1. Ponyta
  2. Rattata
  3. Sizzlipede

Place Ponyta, Rattata, or Sizzlipede on the Bench to prepare for evolution. Note that after evolving, Centiskorch requires 4 Energy to attack, so you may need to bid some time until it’s ready to attack.

Battle with Evolved Pokemon
  1. Rapidash
  2. Raticate
  3. Centiskorch

Once evolved, place your Pokemon in the Active Spot to attack. Rapidash and Raticate can attack with just 1 Energy, allowing for early attacks. If Centiskorch is ready, it can be a powerful attacker in later stages.
