Moltres ex Pros and Cons

Inferno Dance has Precious Energy Acceleration

Moltres ex's Inferno Dance can attach up to 3 energy to bench Pokemon. It is very powerful as there are not many cards with energy acceleartion.

Has Luck Aspect

Inferno Dance will attach the number of heads by flipping the coin 3 times to Pokemon on the bench. Most of the time, players will be able to attach 1 or 2 energy, but be careful as it is solely up to luck.

Energy Acceleration from Early Game

Moltresx ex is a basic Pokemon that does not require evolution, so you can use energy acceleration from the early game to attach energy to bench Pokemon.

Good Chemistry with Charizard ex

Pokemon like Charizard ex which requires time to prepare, and little can be done early game. Use Moltres ex move during early game to energy accelerate to smoothly attach energy to Pokemon on the bench.

Able to Use Charizard ex's Crimson Storm Consecutively

Use Moltres ex's moves to boost energy, and if you can put more than 5 energies onto Charizard, Charizard can attack with Crimson Storm consecutively.

Use Heat Blast If Possible

Heat Blast can deal 70 damage with 3 energy. In the case if you failed coin flip for energy acceleration, attack with Heat Blast is an option.
