Only Headshots Deal Damage
As said in its name, the only way you can deal damage in this game mode is by doing headshots. Any other shot will do nothing.
No Shotguns Available
You won't find any Shotguns in this game mode. The rest of the loot pool will stay the same.
Headshots Duos LTM - Tips & Guides
Use Weapons with Less Recoil
Keeping your aim straight is easier with weapons with little to no recoil. This will help you control your shots even after continuous shots.
Line Up Shot Before Engaging
When you see an enemy from a distance, take a shot at them first to lower their health before going into a full fight.
