Fortnite is hosting a limited time in-game event to celebrate its first birthday!
Players can unlock a total of four (4) rewards, one for each completed challenge (XP, a new emoticon & spray), and one for completing all three (a new back bling)!

Birthday Cake Slices
If you spot a birthday cake in Fortnite, be sure to grab the birthday cake slices around it. They grant +5 health and +5 shield!
Birthday Cake Back Bling
Completing all three of the birthday cake challenges will unlock the Fortnite Birthday Cake Back Bling.

Play Matches for XP
Playing 14 matches during the event will reward you with 5,000 XP!
A Victory Royale or getting eliminated still counts towards the total but it won't if you leave the match without dying!
Deal Damage to Opponents
Earn the Fortnite Birthday! emoticon by dealing a total of 1,000 damage to opponents!
Equip SMGs, Assault Rifles, Shotguns, or even the elusive Rocket Launcher to dish out pain and get that awesome emoticon.
