The Winterfest Event has been announced in Fortnite's In-Game News. This includes a preview of the event as well as its start date. No end date has been released yet.

The Winterfest challenges could follow the same format as that of previous 14 Days of Fortnite events. The challenges will not be released immediately, but will be released one at a time every day since its release.
