If you are using any of the supported Samsung Galaxy devices, Fortnite will be available for download via Galaxy Apps.

If you are using any of the other supported Android devices, you will need sign-up to participate in the Android Beta via the Epic Games site. An email will be sent to you with further installation instructions.

At the time of writing, Save The World is not available to play on mobile devices such as Android and iOS.

Epic Games announced the Fortnite mobile release for iOS in March 2018. In the same announcement, they mentioned that Android support will be coming in a few months.
