Murch Location
In the Square In Front Of The Lobby
Murch is sitting near the front of the lobby. Note that you cannot talk to him until you are able to reach level 4.
What You Can Do With Murch

Receive Gear Orders

You can receive two types or orders from Murch. After talking to Murch, select Order Status or SplatNet Delivery.
Boost Star Power
As the name suggests, you can raise the rarity of any gear. Note that in order to raise it, you will need a Super Sazzle that you can get mainly at the festival.

Remove Gear Power By Slot Cleaning
Murch's Srubbed Clean returns all the Gear Ability slots attached to ?. So if you accumulate experience again in battle, you can reattach a random Gear Ability. However, it will cost you 20,000.
Random Gear Ability Reroll
Reroll Gear Ability can be used to randomize the Gear Ability that you have and it requires the Super Sazzle to get a random one. The condition to do this requires you to unlock and have three gear slots. You can also do this if you obtained a gear with 3 slots.
