Recommended To Use For Higher Level Weapons
Sheldon Licenses can be used to acquire weapons. Unlocked weapons can be obtained with one Sheldon License, while locked weapons will require 3 of them. One Golden Sheldon License can be used to purchase any weapon regardless of your level.
Since weapons are unlocked as you level up, it's recommended to use Golden Sheldon Licenses to exchange for weapons that are not available yet for your level.
