You can obtain Manaphy from the booster pack Space-Time Smackdown Palkia. Alternatively, it can be exchanged for 70 Pack Points.

Manaphy Pros and Cons

Excellent Energy Acceleration

Manaphy's attack allows you to attach 1 Water Energy to up to 2 Benched Pokemon. While it doesn't deal damage, it is a powerful attack that guarantees multiple Energy Acceleration.

No Pokemon Type Restriction

Unlike Misty, which also provides Water Energy acceleration, Manaphy can attach Energy to non-Water Type Pokemon. This makes it useful for accelerating Energy to Dragon type Pokemon or those that only require Colorless Energy.

Slightly Low HP

One downside of Manaphy is its relatively low HP of 50. Since it is weak to Lightning type attacks, it may get knocked out before it can act. Using Giant Cape can help mitigate this weakness.
