Grappler Overview
Grappling Hook: Use for Traversing
This item acts as a grappling hook; allowing players to move across locations to make strategic offensive and defensive moves by pulling the player towards the location where their Grappler shot lands.
Swing Your Way to Victory with Momentum Function
With the release of v.6.00, the Grappler received a momentum function. When hitting a moving object such as players or vehicles, you will gain a extra boost of speed to your launch force. This new function will not slow you down.

Grappler Traits
Comes with 15 Charges
Each Grappler comes with 15 charges at pick-up. Be aware of how many charges remain when using it!
Range is Limited
Since the plunger is attached to the gun via a rope, the range of the Grappler is limited. When in range target can be displayed but when not in range X mark will be displayed instead.

You can fire the grappler again after using it to move around quicker! Be aware of how many charges you have left so you don't run out of Grappler shots in dangerous situations!
Zip Towards Your Target
Shoot the Grappler at a target and it will pull you towards anywhere it lands. This will save you time quickly covering terrain, especially ones that have a lot of obstacles.

Grappler Techniques & Tips
Move Around for Offense and Defense
Give yourself the advantage by using the Grappler to move through the terrain. Attack enemies occupying high ground or make a quick escape by swinging from cover to cover.
Use The Grappler To Rush Your Enemy
Using the Grappler to quickly close the gap between you and your enemy may disorient them because of your sudden presence. Use this window to shoot them down while they are panicking!
Use in Combination with Close Range Weapons
Since the Grappler can quickly close the distance between you and your enemy, have a close range weapon, preferably a Shotgun to quickly burst down your target!
