What Happened To Challenges In Season 10?
Challenges Replaced With Missions
Starting in Season 10, both Daily and Weekly challenges have been removed. Instead, Missions will now take their place. Missions function the same as challenges, but work differently on which players will be able to complete them.

Missions are a set of challenges that give players objectives to complete. These challenges will reward you with different kinds of items once they are completed. Rewards range from experience, to cosmetics, and even battle stars!

Battle Pass Missions Work Like Weekly Challenges
Battle Pass Missions are a set of challenges that work like weekly battle pass challenges. Only Battle Pass Owners will be able to complete them, and a new mission will unlock every week!
Limited Time Missions Are Free For All
Limited Time Missions are a set of challenges that any player will be able to do. Unlike Battle Pass Missions, these missions are free, but will expire after seven days. Once they expire, they cannot be done anymore.
What Are Challenges?
Extra Objectives For Players to Complete
Challenges are extra objectives for players when playing Fortnite. These challenges reward players with extra experience, battle stars, and at times, even cosmetic items. There are challenges for both Battle Pass owners, and free players.
Completing Challenges Unlocks Loading Screens
Completing all of the challenges for the week will reward you with a loading screen. These loading screens hold a clue to the location of a reward. These rewards are sometimes, secret battle stars or Fortbytes!
