This challenge is weapon restricted. This will only work if you're using suppressed weapons to deal damage against enemies.

Use Party Assist for the Challenge
If you want to have an easier time in completing the challenge, a good solution to this is to use Party Assist. Inform your squad about the challenge so you can all work towards it.
Only Works with "Friend List" Squads
Party Assist will only work when in a squad with people on your friend list. It won't work for random parties or teammates in big game modes.
