Nightreign skins can be obtained by consuming Murk at the mirror in Roundtable Hold. You can get Murk just by playing the game, even if you don't clear the run, based on the number of days you survive.

You need to unlock the mirror to get and change skins. The mirror becomes available after defeating 2 types of Nightlords. You'll need to defeat "Tricephalos (Gladius)" and one more, so those who want to use Garb should first progress the game to that point.

What are Skins (Garb)?
Change Character Appearance

Nightreign Skins (Garb) are items that change a character's appearance. Unlike the main Elden Ring game, there is no armor, so you need to change Garb to alter your appearance.
Armor from Past Titles as Skins

Among the Garb, armor from past FromSoftware titles also appear. Solaire's armor from Dark Souls, Faraam's armor from Dark Souls 2, and Leonhard's armor from Dark Souls 3 are available.
