How to Recover FP
FP Heal methods in Elden Ring Nightreign include approaching a Site of Grace, using FP Heal items, specific Dormant Powers or Passive Effects, equipping Talismans, and Recluse's Ultimate Arts or Character Skills. Unlike the main Elden Ring game, you cannot Heal with a Sacred Flask, so you need to consider when to use Weapon Skills, Sorceries, or Incantations.
Approach Site of Grace
*This data is from a version currently in development. Specifications, names, and various parameters may change in the final product.
You can recover FP by approaching Sites of Grace, which are found in various locations on the map. In Nightreign, simply getting close to them is enough, so you don’t need to interact with them. In addition to FP, they also restore HP, cure status ailments, and refill your Sacred Flasks.
Check the Map for Site of Grace Locations

You can check Site of Grace locations on the map. Head towards the locations with the icon shown in the image above. Additionally, there are also Sites of Grace that appear after defeating dungeon bosses.
Examine Blue Glowing Trees and Grass
You can also Heal FP by examining blue glowing trees and grass found in various locations on the map. If there are no Sites of Grace nearby and you have no other means of FP Heal, try searching the field.
Use FP Heal Items
You can also Heal FP with items like Starlight Shards and Cerulean Crystal Tears. These items can be obtained from treasure chests in various locations or purchased from Merchants. Be aware that, unlike the main Elden Ring game, you cannot Heal FP with a Sacred Flask.
Dormant Powers or Passive Effects
Dormant Powers obtained from defeating bosses or tough enemies, and Passive Effects on weapons can also have FP Heal effects. Since you cannot specifically aim to obtain Dormant Powers or Passive Effects with certain effects, be sure not to overlook them if you have characters or weapons that use a lot of FP.
Equip Specific Talismans
Talismans include the Ancestral Horn, which restores FP upon defeating enemies, and the Assassin's Cerulean Dagger, which restores FP upon landing critical hits. However, Talismans are obtained randomly from Scarabs or treasure chests found in various locations on the map, so acquiring them depends on luck.
Effects of Recluse's Passive Ability, Character Skill, and Ultimate Art

The Recluse's Passive Ability and Ultimate Art have FP Heal effects. With the Passive Ability, using a Character Skill to collect Affinity Residues can Heal your own FP, and Magic, Fire, and Holy Character Skills or Ultimate Arts can Heal allies' FP.
