Effects of Leftovers

Effect

When held by a Pokemon, it restores 1/16 of its maximum HP at the end of every turn.

How to Get Leftovers

Exchange with BP

Can be exchanged for 48 BP (Battle Points) at Royal Avenue on Akala Island.

Obtain via Pickup

Sometimes obtainable through the effect of the Ability "Pickup".

Obtain from Wild Pokemon

Wild Snorlax and Munchlax have a 100% chance of holding "Leftovers" when caught.
