This is a list of Z-Moves in Pokemon USUM (Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon). We've compiled all the effects and how to use each move, so if you want to know about Z-Moves in USUM, please refer to this.

What are Z-Crystals?

Necessary to Use Z-Moves

Z-Crystals are used to activate Z-Moves, which can be used once per battle.

Hold as an Item

To activate a Z-Move, the Pokémon must be holding the corresponding type of Z-Crystal beforehand.

List of Locations for Exclusive Z-Crystals

Pikachu
Pikachunium Z
[Akala Island]
Hano Grand Resort
Received by helping the talented Pikachu to the bottom left of the hotel entrance.
Pikachu
(Ash)
Pikashunium Z
Obtained via QR code from the 2017 movie theater attendance bonus.
With [Ash's Pikachu] in your party,
talk to the female Pikachu on the right side of Pikachu Valley on Akala Island.
Alolan Raichu

Seafolk Village
Show an Alolan Raichu to the woman on the Steelix-shaped boat.
Eevee
Eevium Z
After entering the Hall of Fame
[Akala Island]
Inside Royal Avenue's Thrifty Megamart
Clear the Eevee event that starts by talking to the man at the left register.
Snorlax
Snorlium Z
[Akala Island]
Show Snorlax to the man in the second room from the left on the 3F of Tidal Song Hotel.
Mew
Mewnium Z
[Akala Island]
Show Mew to the man in the second room from the left on the 3F of Tidal Song Hotel.
Decidueye

If you chose Rowlet at the start
Received during the event in Malie Garden on [Ula'ula Island].
The other two are received after entering the Hall of Fame and defeating Hala in Iki Town.
Incineroar

If you chose Litten at the start
Received during the event in Malie Garden on [Ula'ula Island].
The other two are received after entering the Hall of Fame and defeating Hala in Iki Town.
Primarina
Primarium Z
If you chose Popplio at the start
Received during the event in Malie Garden on [Ula'ula Island].
The other two are received after entering the Hall of Fame and defeating Hala in Iki Town.
Lycanroc
Lycanium Z

Received after the battle event with Hau upon arriving in Malie City on Ula'ula Island.
Mimikyu
Mimikium Z
After completing Nanu's Grand Trial, go to the Thrifty Megamart (Abandoned Site) where Mimikyu is, and you'll receive it by making it happy. (Nighttime only)
Kommo-o
Kommonium Z
[Poni Island]
*After entering the Hall of Fame
Inside the horizontal cave (Plains Grotto/New Map) at the top left of the rocky area northwest of Poni Plains.
Various Tapu
Tapunium Z
After entering the Hall of Fame, obtained simultaneously when capturing a Tapu Pokémon at the ruins on each island.
Solgaleo
Solganium Z
[Melemele Island]
Mahalo Trail: Obtained when you get Solgaleo. The other is obtained when you get Cosmog.
Lunala
Lunalium Z
[Melemele Island]
Mahalo Trail: Obtained when you get Lunala. The other is obtained when you get Cosmog.
Necrozma
Ultranecrozium Z
[Ula'ula Island]
Mount Lanakila: Obtained when you get Necrozma.

Show Marshadow to the man in the second room from the left on the 3F of Tidal Song Hotel.

On the pedestal east of the cave on the Pokémon Center side.
(Can be obtained late in the game, just before the League)

Received after defeating Kahuna Hala of Melemele Island.
Poisonium Z[Poni Island]
Ancient Poni Path
Received from Plumeria after the Team Skull battle.
Groundium Z[Poni Island]
Vast Poni Canyon
Defeat Poni Island Kahuna Hapu.
Flyinium Z[Melemele Island]
Ten Carat Hill
Enter from Route 1, Kukui's Lab side,
break rocks with Tauros Charge,
and proceed left (dismounting necessary partway).
Psychium Z[Ula'ula Island]
Haina Desert
*The number of stacked stones at map entrances/exits are markers.
If entering the desert from Route 13 side,
go Up (2 stones) → Right (1 stone) → Up (no marker) → Right (4 stones).
It's on the pedestal at the far right of the map ahead.
If you have already reached the [Ruins of Abundance],
and enter from the [Ruins side] with Charizard Glide,
just go Right (1 stone) to arrive.
Buginium Z[Ula'ula Island]
Shady House
→ Examine the treasure chest in Guzma's room.
Rockium Z[Akala Island]
Ruins of Life
Defeat Akala Island Kahuna Olivia.
Ghostium Z[Ula'ula Island]
Route 14
Clear Acerola's trial.
Dragonium Z[Poni Island]
Vast Poni Canyon: Clear the trial.
Darkinium Z[Ula'ula Island]
Malie City
Defeat Ula'ula Island Kahuna Nanu.
Steelium Z[Ula'ula Island]
Hokulani Observatory
Received from Molayne.
Fairium Z[Poni Island]

Received after clearing Mina's trial.
