Can Determine Individual Values
In Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, after clearing the game and meeting certain conditions, you can determine the individual values of each Pokemon from the Box.
Exact Values Cannot Be Determined
The Judge feature provides comments on approximate individual values. While you can confirm max IVs (V for 31), U (30), and reverse V (0), other exact values cannot be determined.

Judge Unlock Conditions
1. Hatch 20 Eggs
To unlock the Judge, you first need to hatch 20 Eggs. This can be done before or after entering the Hall of Fame.
2. Enter the Hall of Fame
Entering the Hall of Fame is also necessary to unlock the Judge. First, progress through the story and become the Champion.
3. Talk to the Judge at the Battle Tree
After fulfilling conditions 1. and 2., you can unlock it by talking to the Ace Trainer (in front of the PC) at the Battle Tree on Poni Island.
How to Use the Judge Feature
Select "Judge"
First, open the Box on an in-game PC and select "Judge". The individual values of each Pokemon will then be displayed in comment form.
(*Note) The Judge feature will not be unlocked unless the conditions are met.
