SOS Battle Farming Method

Increase Efficiency with SOS Battles

If you turn on the Exp. Share and have Pokemon in your party, they will gain Effort Values even if they don't participate in battle. By using SOS Battles to continuously defeat the same Pokemon, you can efficiently earn Effort Values.

SOS Battle EV Farming Guide

The recommended Pokemon for SOS Battles is Absol. It has an Ability that increases the SOS call rate and can learn .

  • 1. Place Absol at the front of your party.
  • 2. Put the Pokemon you want to train in the second slot onwards.
  • 3. Turn ON the Exp. Share.
  • 4. When the battle starts, use an [Adrenaline Orb].
  • 5. Weaken it with False Swipe and wait for it to call for help.
  • 6. Keep defeating the called allies.

Have Pokemon Hold Items

By having Pokemon hold items, you can increase the Effort Values earned.
