Lt. Surge Deck - Pros / Cons

  1. Lt. Surge and Magneton Combo is Powerful
  2. Hard to Lose as It Consists of Non-EX Pokemon
  3. Having Many Evolution Paths Makes It Unreliable

Lt. Surge and Magneton Combo is Powerful

  1. Magneton
  2. Lt. Surge

A powerful combo is to instantly activate Raichu or Electrode with Lt. Surge using Energy attached to yourself with Magneton's ability. Be aware of the number of energies in the entire place.

Please Note that Lt. Surge Does Not Target Magneton

Only Raichu, Electrode, and Electabuzz can be replaced with energy in Lt. Surge. Please note that you cannot replace Energy with Magneton.

It's Hard to Lose Because It Only Consists of Non-EX Pokemon

Since the Pokemon in the Lt. Surge deck are only Non-EX , the points taken when Knocked Out are 1 point each. Even if two Pokemon are defeated, you still won't lose, so you can fight until the end without giving up.

Having Many Evolution Paths Makes It Unreliable

  1. Raichu
  2. Electrode

The main attackers in Lt. Surge's deck are evolved Pokemon like Raichu and Electrode. Therefore, keep in mind that there may be situations where you get knocked out because you can't draw their evolved Pokemon counterparts.
