Gardevoir Pros and Cons

Gardevoir's Ability Has Valuable Energy Acceleration

Gardevoir has an Ability that allows you to attach Psychic Energy to your Active Spot Psychic Pokemon once per turn. It's a valuable Energy Acceleration method and is especially powerful because you can use the Ability from the Bench.

Great Synergy with Mewtwo

By combining its Ability with Attach Energy from Zone, you can attach up to 2 Energy in a single turn. This works exceptionally well with Pokemon like Mewtwo ex and Mewtwo, which needs to discard Energy to deal massive damage.

Standard Attack Performance

Gardevoir's Attack itself deals 60 damage with 3 Energy, which isn't particularly strong. However, considering it can use its Ability to attach Energy, effectively allowing it to attack from just 1 Energy, its performance is considered standard.
