Lapras Pros and Cons

Relatively High HP for Basic Pokemon

Lapras has 100 HP as a Basic Pokemon, making it a solid choice for a wall in the early game. However, it won't hold up for long turns, so it’s recommended to use it with Potion and Bubble to extend its durability.

Recommended to Use with Energy-Related Cards

Lapras’ Attack deals 20 damage for 1 Energy, which is standard. This is enough to pressure the opponent, but if 4 Water Energy are attached, it can deal 90 damage. Pairing it with Misty or Vaporeon makes Lapras a strong attacker, even in the mid-game.
