1. KIll All Guards in the Fort First
Since you'll have to carry Markos once you free him, it's best to take care of all the guard in the fort first so you won't have to worry about enemies. Sneak and assassinate them to clear the fort.

You don't have to carry Markos by your shoulders in the quest. You can just dump him on Phobos' back and ride Phobos to get to the vineyard faster.

Drinking the poisoned wine will bring down your enemies' health to half! Both the choices will end up with you having to fight Cerberus so might as well get the advantage by poisoning him.
