Pawmot Deck - Pros / Cons

  1. Act as a wall while building up your backline
  2. Aim for a 1-1-2 setup
  3. Fighting Types are a serious threat

Acts as a Wall while Preparing Your Backline

  1. Pawmot

Pawmot has an Ability that deals 20 damage back when hit, and a retreat cost of 0—making it a very easy wall to use. However, since it's a Stage 2 Pokemon, you'll need to rely on Basic or Stage 1 Pokemon for your finisher.

Aim for a 1-1-2 Setup

  1. Arceus ex
  2. Raichu (Triumphant Light)

This deck also includes Raichu as another wall and Arceus ex as a finisher. Choose either Pawmot or Raichu to handle the attacking, while building up Energy on Arceus ex to pull off a 1-1-2 flow.

Fighting Types are a Serious Threat

While this deck has high overall durability, all of its Pokemon are weak to Fighting Types. Taking a hit that exploits this weakness can make even the tankiest Pokemon fall fast—matchups against Fighting decks are definitely rough.
