Pachirisu ex Deck - Pros / Cons

  1. Easy to repeatedly deal 80 damage with Pachirisu ex
  2. Can handle going first with Electrode
  3. Versatile Against Different Opponents

Easy to Repeatedly Deal 80 Damage with Pachirisu ex

The Pachirisu ex deck equips Pachirisu ex with Pokemon Tools and aims to deal 80 damage repeatedly with 2 Energy. With four Pokemon Tools included, it's highly likely to deal 80 damage consistently.

Can Handle Going First with Electrode

If going first, you can aim for a 2-turn evolve with Electrode (Space-Time Smackdown), allowing you to play as an Aggro deck.

Versatile Against Different Opponents

While the ideal play is to win with Pachirisu ex, against decks with high HP Pokemon, you may need to prepare additional attackers on the Bench.

By being able to choose between a second Pachirisu ex, Tauros, or Mew ex, you can select the right finisher based on your opponent’s strategy.

Pachirisu ex Deck Strategy

  1. Attack Aggressively from the Start
  2. Spam Pachirisu ex’s attack
  3. Fight with Mew ex depending on the opponent
Attack Aggressively from the Start
  1. Voltorb (Space-Time Smackdown)
  2. Electrode (Space-Time Smackdown)
  3. Pachirisu ex

If going first, ideally evolve Voltorb into Electrode to begin attacking. If going second, the best option is to start with Pachirisu ex, but if no Pokemon Tools are available, start with Voltorb.

Use X Speed + Dawn for Stronger Plays
  1. X Speed
  2. Dawn

If you draw X Speed, it’s a good idea to bench Pachirisu ex and save its HP.

If you also draw Dawn, you should attack with the Active Spot Pokemon and use X Speed + Dawn to bring out Pachirisu ex quickly for a strong play next turn.

Spam Pachirisu ex’s Attack
  1. Pachirisu ex

Once Pachirisu ex has 2 Energy and a Pokemon Tool attached, spam its attack and defeat the opponent’s Pokemon continuously.

Make Pachirisu ex's Retreat Easier

This deck uses Pokemon with low retreat Energy, so it’s easy to switch to a benched Pokemon and avoid getting knocked out. Prepare follow-up attackers and adapt depending on whether you want to win 1-1-2 or 2-2 on points.

Fight with Mew ex Depending on the Opponent
  1. Mew ex

Generally, fight with Pachirisu ex or Electrode, but if you’re facing powerful Pokemon like Mewtwo ex or Charizard ex that Pachirisu ex struggles against, use Mew ex’s attack "Genome Hacking" to deal with them.
