Carnivine Pros and Cons

High HP for a Basic Pokemon

Carnivine has 90 HP, which is quite high for a Basic Pokemon. It is difficult to Knock Out in one hit, and its Retreat Energy cost is only 1, making it an excellent wall Pokemon.

Attack is Somewhat Lacking

Carnivine's Attack deals either 40 or 90 damage for 3 Energy. As a 3-Energy Attack, it lacks consistency, and the damage output isn't particularly high, making its performance somewhat underwhelming.
