The effect of this Attack allows you to toss a coin, and if heads, your opponent's Pokemon will not receive any Attack damage or effects on their next turn. Unlike Asleep or Paralyze that prevent actions, the effect continues even after your opponent's Pokemon is knocked out, making this a strong Attack.

Outclassed by Similar Pokemon

As a Basic Pokemon with a 3 Energy Attack, Cramorant faces competition from Articuno. Articuno boasts higher HP and a chance to Paralyze the opponent with a coin toss, making Cramorant less appealing.
