Can Return Active Spot Pokemon to Hand

The effect of Budding Expeditioner allows you to return your Active Spot's Mew ex to your hand. The target is limited, so it can't be used in decks that do not include Mew ex.

Mainly Used for Healing HP

Mew ex itself only requires 1 Energy to retreat, so Budding Expeditioner is not very necessary if your goal is simply to switch Bench Pokemon. It is mainly used as a durability card to retrieve the wall Pokemon Mew ex and return it to the field with full HP.
