You can obtain Blue from the booster pack Mythical Island. Alternatively, it can be exchanged for 70 Pack Points.

How to Use Blue

10 Damage Mitigation

Using Blue reduces the damage that all of your Pokemon take from opponent's attacks by 10.

In Pokemon Pocket, even the slightest change in damage can make the difference between winning and losing a match, so Blue can be a helpful tool to throw off your opponent's calculations, or survive an extra round to use another attack.

Does not work on statuses and abilities

It is worth noting that Blue cannot reduce the damage received from Poison, Burn, and the abilities of opposing Pokemon like Greninja.

Effective Against AoE Attacks

The damage mitigating effects of this card also reduce the damage from AoE attacks such as Articuno's Blizzard, and Dragonite's Draco Meteor.
