Murasame drops in the same chest as the Stardust Rod. It's the chest right before the boss to the right.

Ultimate Pocket can drop from the 1st chest in the 3rd section. Stardust Rod drops from the 2nd chest in the 3rd section just before the boss.

Holy Ring can be found here in the 2nd section. Just go up the stairs to the right to the chest. Galatyn also drops from the same chest.

You can avoid the damage from the bosses explosion entirely by simply moving in 1 of the corners. No need to waste a phoenix down
