I think that G and H reward groups are inverted. I have yet to find a single Ethereal Orb (btw there is a typo on Ethereal) with a score between 186 and 231. However I got the set with Forbidden Tome a few times in this score range.
I eventually found an Ethereal Orb at 265 points

If you're going solo, you can ready your fire/blizzard and get Mog to cast the opposite spell

I'm convinced that it's unreasonably difficult for a solo Lility to do the double orb door. Luckily you're really only missing out on a few common artifacts and a possible drop for the Diamond Armor recipe, which isn't as great as it used to be.
