Lilty’s Laevatein has 60 strength, which I think, makes it the strongest weapon in the game. Someone should correct this.

You need to go the black Smith in the 2nd city he is the only one that can craft them

Im at year 25 and still cant create the new weapons nor the old best in Slot weapons?? What am i doing wrong i followed every step of the guide
