Okay, I swear the game is deliberately messing with me now. 8 runs in a row, all of which with bonus scores in the listed range for tier 3 drops (including 217 and 243 as the most memorable examples) and it keeps giving me tier 2 and 4 drops. This is an unreasonably precise requirement
