I'm also seeing one around enemy 14 that's not marked. (Though I now have just come to realize that the ones you have marked you need to activate in order to get the keys so don't mind me if the other ones weren't supposed to be there.)

Not that it matters too much, since they are marked on the mini map, but your drought map is missing a pumpflower marker. In the area with enemy 7 and chest 11.

One safe option is to ignore one of the gates at B or C, and then use that key to unlock the Boss' Gate...! That way you can avoid the most damaging puzzle of Key D...!
