I played 3 PT with someone who casted BOOSTER X without spell fusion. He casted BOOSTER X a lot of time on all the party and it was at Rainy Ruins. So i can confirm a BOOSTER X ring exist.

New + 4 mag artifact is called stardust rod.

Holy ring also drops in miasma pit. As you enter the second zone head immediately right and up the stairs, chest is above the entrance.
