Remanent Reminiscence is the best melee weapon for Phoxhunter as it increases ATK range and restores Sanity. Phoxhunter is a strong support hero who wants to keep using her Flare skill which gives damage buff and shield, making the Sanity restore ability perfect.

Dreamweaver's Feather

Dreamweaver's Feather is the best ranged weapon as it gives allies ATK buff when the Lumino character deals damage. As Phoxhunter is a Lumino character and it will be mainly used as support, Dreamweaver's Feather's ATK buff when attacking with Lumino is a perfect match for its playstyle.

Dreamweaver's Feather is the best ranged weapon since it gives allies ATK when the Lumino character deals bonus damage. Note that you will need to circumvent the triggering conditions by having Fina or Daphne in your party, or having Prime Huntdown equipped.

Since Skill DMG does not provide additional Weapon DMG, we have chosen to include multiple versions of Eternity to maximize the uptime of [Flare]'s effects. We've also included Spectrum to offset the Skill Range reduction from Eternity ∙ Abnegation.

Since we've focused our Phoxhunter on offensive buffs, be sure to use Daphne since she can also trigger the effects of Dreamweaver's Feather, as well as provide healing, which Phoxhunter does not.

Remanent Reminiscence functions as a Sanity battery for Phoxhunter, so we need to stack as much Crit Chance as possible to trigger its passive effects.

As mentioned, Dreamweaver's Feather is our Ranged weapon of choice for Phoxhunter because of how it applies buffs to allies when wielded by a Lumino character. This means that using a generic damage build will suffice as a secondary damage source during combat.

Focus on Skill Duration

Our build prioritizes using the Phoxhunter as an ally, which means prioritizing Skill Duration above all the other stats. Since the additional Weapon DMG provided by [Flare] does not scale off any stats, we can safely disregard things like Skill DMG if we don't mind losing out the shield's effectiveness.

Prime ∙ Huntdown is included in the build to trigger the effects of Dreamweaver's Feather, but you can swap it for something like Prime ∙ Uplift if you use a different Ranged weapon.
