How to Unlock or Get Yale and Oliver?
Unlock Through Nocturnal Echoes: Crystalophile
Currently, the only way to get Yale's Secret Letter is by clearing Nocturnal Echoes: Crystalophile at Lv. 50. The Secret Letter is a guaranteed drop, but the amount you get will be random.
Only 5 Completion Rewards Per Week
Nocturnal Echoes have a limit to how many times you can get rewards from them. Each week, you can only get 5 chances of getting their rewards. This limit is shared out across all the Nocturnal Echoes.
