Pikachu ex Deck - Pros / Cons

  1. Raise Pikachu ex using Pachirisu
  2. Aim for a 1-1-2 strategy
  3. Struggles against repeated mid-level damage

Raise Pikachu ex Using Pachirisu

  1. Pachirisu
  2. Pikachu ex

Pikachu ex can deal 150 damage with 3 Energy, but its relatively low HP is a drawback. Use Pachirisu to raise Pikachu ex on the Bench while positioning it as your finisher.

Aim for a 1-1-2 Strategy

Plan for Pachirisu to be knocked out intentionally, using two Pokemon in the Active Spot that are Single-Prize attackers. This aims to make your opponent take Prize cards in a 1-1-2 pattern. Ideally, your second attacker should deal heavy damage with minimal Energy.

Struggles Against Single-Prize Focused Decks

Pikachu ex's Attack is generally a one-shot tool, making it difficult to accumulate enough total damage to knock out three of your opponent's Pokemon. Against Single-Prize decks, the key is ensuring your own Single-Prize Pokemon can hold their own effectively.
