Strong Stage 1 Pokemon

Manectric has 90 HP and a 1 Energy Attack that deals 40 damage. Additionally, when the opponent's Pokemon that was attacked attempts to use an attack, they must flip a coin. If tails, the Attack fails. This makes Manectric a cost-effective Pokemon that can disrupt the opponent.
