Easy-to-Use Stage 1 Pokemon

Starmie has 90 HP and deals 40 damage with just 1 Energy, making it quite efficient. Its stats improve straightforwardly compared to its pre-evolution, making it a user-friendly Pokemon.

Strong Advantage When Evolved Early

Since Starmie can attack with just 1 Energy, evolving it by the second turn if you go first can be very powerful. If conditions like exploiting a weakness are met, it can potentially One-Hit KO a Basic Pokemon.
