When Red Card is used, the opponent has to put all the hands into the deck, then draw 3 cards. It is a powerful card when it is used in perfect situations, but it is not a must-have.

Decide to Use Depending on Opponent Situation

Red Card can be very annoying when used in the right situation. However, it could help the opponent to draw better hands when it is used in the wrong situation.

Decide to use Red Card depending on the number of cards in the enemy's hand, discarded cards, and whether they have evolution Pokemon or not.

Great Chemistry with Hand Scope

Handscope will reveal enemy hands, so Red Card which puts all the opponent's hands in the deck and draws 3 cards works well when used together. However, it is not a must-have so unless there is extra space you do not have to put it in the deck.
