Strings of Time event guide in Infinity Nikki. Learn about the event, daily missions, how to complete missions, collect Melodic Harmony, rewards and get the Endless Longing outfit!

Strings of Time Event Period

Held from Jan 23 to Feb 25

"Strings of Time" is a limited-time event where you complete missions that are unlocked daily to collect 'Melodic Harmony'. Note that some missions require progress up to Chapter 2 of the Main Quest.

Check the Event from the Party Popper Icon

Ongoing events can be checked from the party popper icon at the top-right of the screen. You can also review Quests and claim rewards here, so keep it in mind.

Day 1 Mission Guide

Invite a Friend to Ride the Fireworks Carriage

Location	Map

The first mission is to ride the Fireworks Carriage located at Firework Isles. Talk to Azek then select 'Invite a friend' before boarding the carriage to complete it. Note that no direct messages or invites are actually sent to your friends.

Craft 5 Fireworks

The second mission is to craft 5 fireworks at the Fireworks Crafting Station located in Firework Isles. Progressing through Chapter 1 of the Exclusive Quest 'Fireworks Training: Step One' in Firework Isles is required.

Take a Photo at the White Jade Docking Site

The third mission is to take a photo of the location where the White Jade Pavilion Ship is docked. You can do this at the wharf east of the 'Florawish Lane' Warp Spire in Florawish.

Ride the Special Hot Air Balloon

The fourth mission is to ride the Special Hot Air Balloon. Talk to Francis near the "Meadow Activity Support Center" Warp Spire and board the 'Special Hot Air Balloon' to complete this task.

Craft the Fireworks Outfit "Fiery Glow"

The 5th mission is to craft the Fireworks Outfit "Fiery Glow". This can be achieved by progressing through Chapter 1 of the Firework Isles Exclusive Quest.

Day 2 Mission Guide

Complete "Listening to the Echoes of the Past"

The 1st mission is completed by progressing through the event 'Echoes of the Past.' As this is a story event, there are no difficult puzzles or mechanics involved.

Place 5 Flower Lanterns and Take a Photo

Where to Get Flower Lanterns

You can purchase the Flower Lantern from 'Zhuo Hua' at the wharf of White Jade Pavilion Ship for 100 Blings each. Place 5 Flower Lanterns by the water and take a photo to complete the task.

Complete 1 Whim Tangram Challenge

The 3rd mission can be completed by clearing the mini-game "Whim Tangram" on the White Jade Pavillion ship once. Make sure to clear Tangram 1 when you are at the ship, which is unlocked at day 1.

Craft the Clothing Piece "Cloudborne Cranes"

The 4th mission is completed by crafting the reward Clothing from the "New Bloom Reunion" event, "Cloudborne Cranes". Complete the World Quest 'Sailing Through Lens' → Random Quests 'Kindled Inspiration: New Bloom's Outfit' in that order to get the Sketch.

Answer for Kindled Inspiration is "Star of Wishes"

The correct answer for Kindled Inspiration: New Bloom's Outfit is the ★3 Neckwear "Star of Wishes". This item can be obtained from Main Quest Chapter 7, so if you don't have it, progress through Main Quest first.

Challenge the Sovereign of Cool

The final mission for day 2 is to challenge the Sovereign of Cool during its reappearance. You do not need to complete the event "The Return of Sovereigns!", and instead you can clear this mission by doing the Styling Challenge with the Sovereign of Cool in the Faction normally.

Day 3 Mission Guide

Complete 3 Styling Challenges

Joya's Location

The Random Quest, The Guard and the Mysterious Stranger, is a sub-quest that can be accepted from Joya on Firework Isles. To complete the mission, you need to clear 3 out of the total 10 Styling Challenge rounds.

Take a Photo Riding the Whirl-A-Pony at Night

Whirl-A-Pony's Location

The second mission is to ride the Whirl-A-Pony on Firework Isles and take a photo. Since the time required is set to night, be sure to adjust the time with Run, Pear-Pal before you start riding it.

Achieve 1.000 meters of Whimcycle ride

The third mission is to travel a total of 1,000m by riding a Whimcycle. With the introduction of the Whim Pedals: Fireworks item pass in version 1.2, which lets you ride your Whimcycle in any area, you can take advantage of it to cover the required distance while exploring Firework Isles.

You Can Summon Whim Pedals Anywhere With the Unbound Pass: Fireworks

The new item in the New Bloom Market, 'Unbound Pass: Fireworks,' can be equipped from the Backpack and allows you to summon Whim Pedals: Fireworks at any time. Priced at a reasonable 120 Stellarite, it's worth considering if you want to make your map exploration more convenient.

Craft the Breath of Wilderness Whim Fragrance

The fourth mission is to craft the Whim Fragrance, Breath of the Wilderness, using Grace of Leaves, which can be found in the caves of Firework Isles. Grace of Leaves can be obtained from a chest inside the Behind-the-Mountain Cavern, located northwest of Firework Isles.

Receive One Luminous Bloom Message Sent by Another Stylist

The Luminous Blooms is a decorative item that can be obtained from the Luminous Pack. When placed by the water, it allows you to share Blessing Images and Messages with other players. Try searching by the water to see if any messages have been shared.

Day 5 Mission Guide

Complete 4 Whim Tangram Challenges

The first task is to complete all the Tangram Challenges. Compete the 2nd and 3nd Tangrams in advance, and you can complete the last one when it is unlocked.

Take a Photo on a Picnic Blanket

Picnic Blanket Location

The 2nd mission is to take a picture on a picnic blanket. You can use any picnic blanket you can find, such as the one in Florawish or the Firework Isles.

Clear Ghost Train Trial (Easy Mode)

The 3rd mission is to clear the Ghost Train Trial in Realm of Eureka that was added in Ver 1.2 on Easy difficulty. Go to any warp point to access it.

Obtain 3 Max-Level Eurekas

The 4th mission is to upgrade 3 Eurekas up to maximum which is level 10. There were new Eurekas added in Version 1.2, so you can also upgrade those once you get them.

Activate 20 Ground Firecrackers

The last mission is to activate 20 Ground Firecrackers that you can find on the ground in Florawish. You can find many beside the dirt road, so head to the southern area in Florawish.

Day 7 Mission Guide

Complete New Bloom Album

The first mission is to complete Momo's Album from the concurrently held event New Bloom Reunion. This will naturally be completed by progressing through the quests of Echoes of the Past and "Sailing Through Lens."

Challenge the Sovereign of Elegant

The second mission is to challenge the reappearing Sovereign of Elegant. Similar to Sovereign of Cool, it seems that winning in the Styling Challenge once in the Faction will clear this mission.

Wear the Endless Longing and Take a Photo by the Bonfire

The third mission is to wear the "Endless Longing" outfit, a reward from the Strings of Time event, and take a picture by the campfire. First, accumulate 1,600 Points from other missions to collect the outfit, then change the time to night and take the photo.

Set Off "Portable Firework: Surprise" 30 Times

Where to Get Portable Firework: Surprise

The Portable Firework: Surprise is one of the portable fireworks that can be purchased from Alma, who is located at the central tent in Firework Isles. You need to set up and use a total of 30 during the event period to complete this mission.

Upgrade Any Clothing Piece by 100 Levels in Total

The final mission is completed by enhancing costume parts a total of 100 times. You can enhance the Clothing needed for the Firework Rehearsal or Marvel Mira Crown, or if you only need to accumulate the number of enhancements, you can stop at Lv3 for unenhanced Clothing to achieve this with fewer materials.

Day 9 Mission Guide

Clear When the Fireworks Bloom

You can complete the first mission while advancing through Chapter 2 of the Firework Isles story, When the Fireworks Bloom. So if you haven’t finished Firework Isles Chapter 1 yet, be sure to complete that first.

Take a Photo at the Fireworks Show

The second mission can be accomplished by taking a photo during the fireworks display that occurs at the end of Chapter 2 of the story. Even if you have already completed the quest, you can hold the fireworks show as many times as you like through the 'Another Night of Fireworks' Random Quest, which can be unlocked from Scintillada in front of the Sizzle & Spark Center.

Need 30 Blastpollen for Fireworks Display

In order to watch the Fireworks show again in the Random Quest "Another Night of Fireworks", you will need 30 Blastpollens and 50,000 Blings. Blastpollen can be gathered on clear nights throughout the Firework Isles.

Take a Photo at the Cloud Top Balloon

The third mission can be completed by taking a photo at the top of the Styleshaped Balloons Summit. You can access the Styleshaped Balloons by completing the quest in Firework Isles Chapter 2, and you can travel directly to it using the warp spire afterwards.

Clear Balloon Hopper Once

The fourth mission can be achieved by playing Balloon Hopper. This Firework Isle themed game will be unlocked after clearing Firework Isles Chapter 2, and can be played by talking to Eddy at the Sizzle & Spark Center.

Evolve any Outfits

The final mission can be completed by evolving one of your outfits. The Ver1.2 Free Clothing, Radiant Night, Fiery Glow Fireworks Ability Outfit, and the New Bloom Blessings, which can be purchased for 2 Diamonds, are all relatively easy to evolve.

In the "Strings of Time" event, you can get the limited-time outfit 'Endless Longing' and Diamonds by collecting a certain number of "Melodic Harmony."
