The Realm of Nourishment is one of the Realm Challenges accessible through any of the Warp Spires located throughout the open-world. Here, you can exchange crafting materials for different types of Insight that you may need to progress through the Heart of Infinity. By speaking to each of the different Fufus, you can exchange for Collection, Bug-Catching, Fishing, Animal Grooming, and Combat Insights, which are needed for specific nodes and enhancements in the Heart of Infinity.
Requires Brown or Higher Rarity Materials
In order to exchange for the Insights of each ability, you will need materials of at least Brown rarity, which can be obtained through the corresponding ability. Since you cannot use Gray rarity materials that are easily obtainable, it is recommended to convert extra Gray rarity materials into Bling in the Realm of Escalation.

In the Realm of Nourishment, the amount of Insight you can acquire from exchanges increases by up to 2 times depending on your Mira Level. You can also gain experience points through exchanges with Insight, but it is recommended to progress through the main story or daily quests first to level up before making exchanges.

Get 1,000 Insight to Unlock Essence
The initial goal is to collect a total of 1,000 Insight for Collection, Bug-Catching, Fishing, and Animal Grooming. By leveling up each ability, you will be able to obtain Essence needed for outfit crafting.
Prioritize Animal Grooming and Fishing
If you're unsure which Insight to exchange for, start by exchanging for Animal Grooming and Fishing, as these materials are more difficult to gather. In particular, for Animal Grooming, it's recommended to collect materials by grooming the Blushbunnies often found in Breezy Meadow.
Collect Insights to Unlock Sketches
In the Heart of Infinity, there are also Sketches that can be unlocked by collecting Insight. If there is a Clothing item you want within the Heart of Infinity, focus on collecting Insights to unlock those clothes.
