How to Claim Global Pre-registration Rewards
Claim via In-Game Mail
The global pre-registration reward can be claimed from the mail in the menu screen. Check your "Mail" in the Pear-Pal menu to claim your rewards.
Steps for Claiming Rewards
Open the Pear-Pal menu screen (Esc key on PC) and select the Mail icon at the bottom.
From the mail screen, you'll be able to view the "Global Pre-registration & Social Media Follower Milestone Rewards" mail, which celebrates the success of Infinity Nikki along with the devs' heartfelt thanks to the players for reaching 30,000,000 Global pre-registrations. Select "Claim All" to receive your rewards.

Claim the Far and Away Outfit
As part of the Global pre-registration milestone rewards, you can claim the 4-star outfit, "Far and Away." You can only obtain this outfit from this reward as of now, so don't forget to claim it.
