The Star-Kissed Wishes event can be completed by participating on exclusive quests such as, "Good Decor, Bad Decor," "Save the Wishing Nebula," and "Truth and Celebration."

To participate in this event, you need to complete the pre-requisite quests, "Good Decor, Bad Decor," and "Save the Wishing Nebula." Once completed, the Wishing Nebula will be unlocked, and you can engage in a series of timed challenges.

During this event, Pink Ribbon Eels will now appear at the Silken Lake, located near the Leisureely Anglers Florawish Branch and the Swan Gazebo. Players can find Pink Ribbon Eels by fishing on spots with pink bubbles or pink ripples.

This event presents daily tasks that must be completed to collect Starlight Shards. Players can redeem these shards for a chance to obtain the 3-star outfit, "Path of Starlight."
