Star-Kissed Wishes Event Guide and Rewards

Talk to Fresnay, who is near the Stylist's Guild Front Gate Warp Spire, about the history of the Wish Festival. If the quest is not available, progress through Chapter 2 of the Main Quest first.

Talk to Hiya near Great Wishtree. You will then be requested to help with the decorations for the Wish Festival.

Collect the decorations that have fallen in front of the Great Wishtree and place them in the three locations indicated.

From the Great Wishtree, head to the northeast side of the statue of The Wishing One and talk to Emabul near the statue. You will get there faster if you walk instead of using Warp Spires.

Remove the strange decorations from The Wishing One statue and re-decorate it.

Use the Dream Warehouse Tower Warp Spire and head to the Silvergale Statue. There are strange decorations here as well, so remove them and re-decorate the statue, just like with The Wishing One statue.

Talk to the guard, Rico, nearby to complete the quest. You will then be tasked with helping to repair the Wishing Nebula Stargazing Deck, after which the next quest, Save the Wishing Nebula, will become available.

After completing the prerequisite quest 'Good Decor, Bad Decor', head to the nearby bridge to the Dream Warehouse.

Since Nonoy is not present, talk to Arubida, who is nearby. You will be asked three riddles, so make sure to answer them all correctly.

Talk to Arubida during the night (10 PM to 4 AM) and ride a Crane to the Stargazing Deck. Additionally, you can advance the time automatically by heading to the quest marker location.

Once you arrive at the Stargazing Deck, take on the cube challenge in front of you. With a long time limit and it only requiring to get to the farthest point, you should have no trouble with this part.

Once you have completed the challenge and returned to the Stargazing Deck, press the switch on the starting point. Afterwards, ride the crane again and return to the Tower of Wishes.

Return to the Tower of Wishes and talk to Hiya in the place where Arubida was in Step 2.

Fast travel in front of the Mayor's Residence and talk to Rico. After hearing about the mysterious mastermind behind the strange statue decorations, the next quest, Truth and Celebration, will be unlocked.

After completing the quest, Good Decor, Bad Decor, head to Granny Angelica's house located on the right side of the Florawish Lane entrance near the lake, where Captain Hiya is already present. Rico and Komenda will arrive shortly to expose Polly, Jean, and Ruby's involvement in the strange statue decorations.

After discovering that the strange statue decorations were meant to ease Captain Hiya's burden during the Wish Festival, Captain Hiya expresses gratitude to the children. Rico and Komenda agree to take on the captain's remaining tasks and invites Nikki and Momo to the high corridor of the Dream Warehouse. Use the Dream Warehouse Tower warp spire, where you'll find Captain Hiya and the rest of the group gathered on the bridge.

Talk to Granny Angelica near the balcony and listen to her story.

Polly, Jean, and Ruby apologize to Captain Hiya and assure her that they will find a better way to help everyone. They also promise to reveal the secret of the Wish Squad when the time is right.

Captain Hiya thanks Rico and Komenda for their help during the Wish Festival.

Use Run Pear-Pal and set the time to 22:00 till 4:00. You can also press “F” to wait until nighttime.

Once night falls, a special cutscene event will start where Polly, Jean and Ruby will give a bouquet of flower to Nikki and Captain Hiya, acknowledging them for their hard work during the festival. Faewish Sprites will appear during the Meteor Shower and everyone makes their wish. This will complete the quest and you’ll receive Memory's Stardust (Earrings).
