Difference Between Recommended and Minimum
Recommended Spec Can Play Game Smoothly

If you want to play with high graphic settings, playing on specs higher than the Recommended specs is best. Minimum specs are the lowest playable spec so there might be issues with the game such as lag and overheating.
Reduce Settings If Playing on Minimum Spec
If you're playing on Minimum specs, it is recommended to set Graphic Preset to Smooth. Lowering the setting might make the game more stable and run smoothly.
Precautions When Installing
Recommended to Have Extra Space
The spec list is for when the game is first released, and updates usually require additional data, so make sure to have extra space.
PC Version Requires 70GB of Free Space
The official announcement lists the minimum Storage to be 50GB, but installing the PC version for first time requires 20GB of extra space. You will need 70GB on your PC to install it.
