The Pink Ribbon Eel is a special fish that can only be caught during the event period. It appears at fishing spots in the area, from the Leisurely Anglers to the Swan Gazebo, and is characterized by releasing pink bubbles.
Final Quest Unlocked on Jan 5
The final quest of Lucky Moments will be unlocked by clearing the last quest, Truth and Celebration, from another event, Star-Kissed Wishes. Truth and Celebration will not be available until January 5th (UTC-7), so in the meantime, feel free to explore other events, stories, and activities.

Pink Ribbon Eel can be caught in the waters of Breezy Meadow from Leisureely Anglers to the Swan Gazebo. It does not appear in other areas, so if you want to collect Pink Ribbon Eel, go around the fishing spots within the area.

The Pink Ribbon Eel can be identified by the color of the bubbles emitted by the Fish shadow. It's definitely a Pink Ribbon Eel if you see pink bubbles, so you can tell it's a Pink Ribbon Eel before catching it.

During the event period, Croakers in a Lotus Leaf Boat will appear north of the Leisurely Anglers. When you talk to the Croaker Boatman, he will take you to the fishing spot off Silken Lake, which can be used not only for Pink Ribbon Eel fishing but also for taking photos.
Exchange Ribbon Eels for Rewards
The collected Pink Ribbon Eels can be exchanged for rewards with Mitcheli at the Leisurely Anglers. The Pink Ribbon Eels will disappear when the event ends, so be sure to exchange them regularly.
